Dude, you're in your happy place. You're in control. You have momentum. All you have to do is not let your guard down and stay tenacious. It's time to execute the basic strategy. Qualify top. Start up front. Respect the turns. Have fun with and connect the track. The rest you will do naturally and is just the dog in you.
@SucceedbyForce3 ай бұрын
Whatever happened, it's better it happened in qualifying to learn beforehand what to do in the main. If you don't qualify fastest, the next best thing is the lessons learned. Regroup. Get back in a good place. And set your eyes on the goal and how to get there. 🚢🌊
@SucceedbyForce3 ай бұрын
That was one of the most calculated, mature and commanding performances of the season. You knew you had command of that race the moment you came out third after the first turn. Congratulations 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 That was basically a perfect moto. Keep your ears perked. Good learning from practice. It really paid off in lessons learned. Don't get comfortable. Got to stay sharp and calculated till the end.
@SucceedbyForce3 ай бұрын
Hung in there, stayed focussed, and basically stamped this championship with a CS. You've pretty much answered all the questions. Managing wins and dominating weekends. Very proud of your rides. But, more importantly, I'm proud of your relentless progression as a rider. Just very happy to see you on your natural path to greatness that you were on before you know what and who. Congratulations!!! Whooooooo!!! Put some respect on his name!!! Chase the unmatched pace Sexton!!!😎🏁🍾🏆🍾🏁🎉🎉

Chills on the podium from being hot and exhausted after the race or from the fans? I would always get these heat chills after a hot moto when you pull off, like right before you’re about to pass out, or just when you slow down and you don’t have air moving across you anymore. I’d have to ride through the pits and cool myself off.

I think by now you've formed all your winning habits in the pits and on the track. Just stay the you you've become and keep all the storylines out of your head. Leave those things to the media and the fans. You've definitely seemed to have figured some things out mentally in your approach to the track. At this point, the 41st rider is your only real competition. The answer to that is to just form as healthy of a relationship with the track as possible. Vibe with that 41st rider. See him as a partner and teammate and make him your positive focus. Every relationship has it's focal points for success based on past experiences. You know what that is with you and the track. The turns. But I see you putting extra special attention and effort into the turns. It's visible. And that's all any relationship needs to succeed. Attention to detail and consistent effort. Besides that, the hardest thing to do now is probably staying sharp and motivated. On that note, once again, it's all about what you choose to make your focus. The exact words I gave another rider on his rookie debut, who is doing insanely well now, were these exact words... "Don't focus on winning. Don't focus on podiuming. FOCUS ON FOCUSSING." I pass that same advice to you. Make focussing your focus. Your own personal endeavor of every race. Being focussed, sharp and mentally in control at all times. Make that your goal and focus and you'll always have motivation no matter how much you're winning or winning a race by.
@SucceedbyForce2 ай бұрын
Beauuutiful riding! Bravo. So dialed. When they followed you around the track a couple laps when you were 5th or so, I said "He's gonna win this race". I saw how you figured it out and got the flow. When you figure out and piece together a track... It's over. Congrats 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 . Time to dial in again and do it again 👍🏼

Itd be a great day if I could train with you 😂 I am thinking about my Bicycle
@Axmet1833 ай бұрын
Why Chase rides with a heart rate strap? I also train a motocross and in a gym but I don't understand the point. How can knowing my heart rate benefit my riding? Please enlighten me, I am not asking to judge I just want to learn.
@Gamalier19723 ай бұрын
When you train with a heart monitor you can learn your heart rate zone numbers. They have a range based on effort. Knowing that is helpful. If you know at all times in which zone you are, then you will know how hard you can push, conserve energy, breathe, etc. Look at it like the cruise control in. car. Settle and cruise, climbing a hill? Increase rpm to keep speed constant. In road cycling is one of the most used tool. The HR monitor and the powermeter are 2 most used tools.
