They are filming this in tsuruhashi osaka which is koreatown in osaka. Believe they made this song while eating okonomiyaki in tsuruhashi (chiba yuki and jin dogg). They are basically japanese except believe chiba and jin are half koreans; jin also lived in korea for big chunk of his life (fluent in korean). The restaurant behind is called chingu ya which means chingu = friend (korean) ya = place (japanese. Tomodachi also means friend. Kansai is the western part of japan.
