If you can get the Blue Drum, and Green Drum at the same time you can win a really nice multiplier on the Golden Drum Bonus. The Jackpot Bonus is completely random, and personally I have never hit anything besides the mini. I hit the lightning bolts a few times in the Jackpot Bonus giving me 2x on all prizes, but still ended up walking away with the mini. The Grand Jackpot would always be nice, but the real winning strategy on this slot machine seems to be hitting the Blue and Green Drum at the same time and then just hopping off to play something else.
