I love this video edit!!! Lindsay Sturman did a wonderful job watching S1-9 before she came on board. Elizabeth was dealing with real trauma still. Elizabeth's struggles with her feelings her fear of being with Nathan, and grief on how she lost Jack and not ever wanting to go through that again. Therefore she tried to deny her heart's desire even though she was in love with Nathan!💔 She was trying to protect herself. I believe it was the scene at the Church/school house when Nathan confronted her saying, "Elizabeth, what do you want?" After Nathan left the church that was when she ends up thinking about what her heart wants and getting real with herself. She knew she didn't want to leave Hope Valley because she couldn't leave Nathan! Then she realized how she got into relationship to try for something safe. She broke up with Lucas! Lindsay was able to take the reigns in S10 & 11 and tell Elizabeth and Nathan's story from the heart brokenness to this beautiful love story! ❤❤As always beautiful acting by Erin Krakow and Kevin McGarry! Nathan and Elizabeth's love story was amazing to watch on our TV screens! 💔😊❤❤❤❤

And its a full circle moment because he was going to take the promotion and leave and she asked him what about the friends Allie made and what about the friends he made. He changed his mind and stayed. He could not let her go just like now she could not let him go. Awesome 👏.

I haven’t been emotional with When Calls the Heart since she broke Nathan’s heart, but I literally just cried watching this. Seeing the hurt and then everything come full circle hit differently. Exceptional job because I don’t cry at much. 😂

Love this! So glad you included her "advice" voice overs. The advice she was giving others is part of why her choice in S8 was so hard to accept. Made no sense. Still having to pinch myself that they are where they are, but things finally make sense, and they finally have their great love!

BRAVO!!! Love the edit and the entire beautiful love story!! Lindsay Sturman and her team did such a great job!! I’m glad she was the one who was in charge when Nathan and Elizabeth finally found their way to each other. Love the song choice here too!! 🥰❤️🔥

Wow, this gave me chills. And I have tears in my eyes. Thank you for your work!! You did an amazing job - blending the different audio and video clips, the voice-overs - just completely beautiful. Argh, I'm crying just thinking about it! And I completely agree about those scenes with Elizabeth advising others in S7 & S8 - eerie foreshadowing and it just made her actions and choices that much harder to watch or explain (plus the one where she talks about life's lessons being learned in pain and if we try to avoid the lesson, we only prolong the pain - how anyone concluded "Lucas" from that I'll never understand when it referred so much clearer to her accepting her feelings for Nathan). S8 in particular upset me so much the first time around, I wasn't sure I could ever watch it again, but I'm glad I did recently as I'm going through all past seasons. Like you said, she needed that extra 2ish years of time on her grief journey and Nathan needed the distance too. They both grew so much in S9 & S10, both as individuals and in the deepening of their friendship. By the time they finally came together all these years later in S11, their bond is so much stronger for how they've both been tested.

C'est toujours difficile d'avancer quand on a perdu quelqu'un de très proche... C'est une blessure ouverte et profonde... Elisabeth a avancé et repris confiance en elle et je suis très fière d'elle... Nathan lui a également ouvert les yeux sur beaucoup de choses et qu'elle devait écouter son ❤...

Nathan and Elizabeth ❤have always loved each other from day one Elizabeth has always feared and scared she would loose Nathan the way she lost jack Nathan said he wouldn't let that happen he said he would quit for her he's her hearts ♥️ 💔 ❤desire hope there a wedding like season 12 and Elizabeth gets pregnant with his child they are the end game forever ❤❤❤

Love the video well put together. Elizabeth just lost Jack and have.a lot of fear. That when Nathan told her love is worth fighting for. Here we are five season later. Fans got to under stand director changes thing. With Nathan and Elizabeth it was long time coming. 💘 that coming .HOPE THEY LIVE. HAPPY EVER. 😊 ❤ THAT BEAUTIFUL AND CHILDREN 💑.❤❤❤❤❤❤

Exactly! This video explains a lot of what was going on in her head and Nathan's in the last 5 years. She was giving good advice to others but had a hard time doing what she was telling everyone else to do. I hooe than can both have more confidence now and move forward as a couple. They should have lots of good stories to tell.
