Actually he taught him nothing, he should have filed a trademark not LLC if he really wanted to "steal it," all he is going to do is pay 800 a year for nothing, and since he is on tape specifically trying to "steal" someone's business...that will never hold up in any court...because again it's on tape. Any lawyer worth their salt is going to tell him, not only does he have no case to "stop" anything from being sold, he should let it go, save 800 for the refiling, and hope Andre doesn't counter sue for harassment, emotional distress, and Tortious interference.
