Chasing after money is sometimes like finding yourself in the middle of a marathon while making a person run. In the beginning, you say, "Let's run a little more so that I can have some more money," but then, as you run, you become out of breath and the next thing you know, you are standing in front of you, far away from your goal, out of breath and with your wallet empty.
Imagine, while people are chasing money, they lose track of time somewhere. The world around them is spinning rapidly, but they are running so hard after money that it is as if time itself cannot catch up with them.
Then one day you see that the coffers are full but life is empty. On the one hand, your bank accounts are rich, and on the other hand, there is no turning back in time. At that moment, one can't help but think: "I wish I hadn't run around so much so I could have enjoyed it a little more."
Maybe for happiness you need to slow down a little more, enjoy the time and accumulate beautiful memories with those around you. Besides, money is a value measured only by the pieces of paper in our pockets. Happiness consists of the serenity within us, smiles, pleasant memories and the moments we share with our loved ones. After all, it may be better to earn money while living, rather than living chasing money. Who knows, maybe the greatest wealth lies in knowing the value of time.
