There is an aquarium just before you get into Denham, you don’t have to see the aquarium you can have coffee and look out at the ocean

$10 to cross a paddock at a place you had already paid overnight fees. Thats downright wrong. Seems the west coast has gotten too commercialised since i travelled down it late 90s. Monkey Mia looks to be a bit of a ripoff too. Anyway, thanks for another weekly dose of whats out there. Cheers.

Totally -it definitely feels like some spots are getting a bit over-commercialised! That extra fee just to access the track at already-paid campsite when half the track is on a public road had us shaking our heads too. Monkey Mia was beautiful but yeah its not really our style!
