Absolutely love the swat truck pulling the open trailer, especially with two different rims on the trailer! The only thing missing is a tire rack on the trailer with a few tires aired up a maybe one or two flat ones, they never like holding pressure all week, LOL. Old school when racing was done like Huffman does!

Landon, Take a close look at Kvapil's quarter panels. The lower part behind the tires is at a 45 degree up angle back to the rear bumper. Your car and the others angle up just slightly at the bottom. Not sure what the rule is on that. He is definitely creating less drag.

I’m happy that at least Gilbert wasn’t completely off the pace since that was the first race back. That car will not quit, can’t kill it. It was hard to watch Frances last race knowing the outcome but you ran smart. Can’t wait for the next video.

it's crazy seeing how few cars there are in every division when I watch these videos. 17 late models is a normal field for a 30 lap race every week at my home track

It’s usually a normal field here too. Hickory management has made several questionable calls lately that has hurt the car count in all divisions

I’m out of Concord. First race I was able to see in person this year. I thought the sparks was a result of the previous week. It’s hard to get all those clearances and such just right in a week after a situation like that. Good clean racing all around tho. Enjoyed every lap! My brother and I were standing in 3-4 for majority of the LMSC race, it looked like the 14 was blowing up or something for like 20 laps after the contact with the 45, I wished they would have thrown a caution for it. Thanks for letting us help push the car around for a little bit. Sorry we didn't help load the cars up, my brother wanted to go up in the stands for the last two races.

After watching this video I was thinking about Moonheads wreck. Back when I first started racing I went into a corner thinking I was hitting the brake with my left foot and was actually on the clutch. Luckily I caught it before it got ugly but maybe that's what happened to Moonhead. Just a thought in case you were still trying to figure out what happened.

Don’t know what your plans are for replacing Francis, but I saw a similar car for sale sitting on a trailer near Dallas, NC. I don’t know anything about these cars, but it might be worth looking into. It’s been sitting there for a few months if not more. Reach out if you want me to get you the exact address. When you scale the car, do you scale it empty to see what your numbers are at the end of the race?
