Chasing Typhoon Swell - Typhoon Mawar/Betty

The initial emotions of fear with strong winds and heavy rains that the super typhoon would bring turned excitement and fun as it entered the Philippine area of responsibility but did not make a landfall. The glorious swell on a hot summer month of May, almost a week-long, has been one of the books, this mid-year for this spot!

Just overhead. I was expecting that it will be more than that, but it didnt happen. I guess its because of the typhoon location.
