The focaccia $18 is not affordable. Max $12. A family of 4 $72 for lunch plus drinks looking at closer to $100 for lunch. That is not affordable for most

Totally agree that’s it’s a lot to pay for a sandwich but there’s so much to take into account- labour, the high quality of ingredients etc It’d be near impossible to find a similar sandwich using these kinds of ingredients and of this quality in Melbourne CBD for $12.
