The reason it fell so fast is the it appears that Russia basically stopped logistics into the city for a while, and then, once the men in there were starved of weapons, they entered, meaning that Ukrainians were even less able to respond to Russians. Things like rockets (like RPG), missiles, and ammunition were limited

The app is used by a variety of Internet channels whose presenters mark it according to their various sources. The channel called “Military Summary” provides updates that reflect a very strong Ukrainian bias. Other channels mark the updates and provide commentary with varying levels of objectivity. I check at least three different channels daily.
