On le voit passer à 1:04 si, entre le casque du pilote et le réacteur du Rafale a droite ! Il me semble que c'est un avion de ligne, on voit le reflet blanc par exemple alors que les ravitailleurs ont une peinture grise ou plus sombre

In true French fashion they put on the best show. The videos they produce are phenomenal. Other countries also produce videos of their Navy pilots however they are full of intrusive background noises and chatter and it detracts from what you are viewing. These guys do an excellent job of putting it all together.

Beautiful video......I live near Oceana Naval Air Station in Virginia U.S.A. and back in June, the French Navy Rafales were here operating with the U.S. Navy. For about a week, I had the pleasure of watching them fly low over my house :)

2:51 brings back memories of my childhood. My father was (you never stop being one) a pilot and we used to fly together every weekend for 30+ years. We flew all over the Northeast USA and I have fond memories of dodging thunderstorms, dancing on the tops of clouds and taking the infrequent dip into them. If your lucky enough (as I was) there's nothing like it. It gives you extreme perspective, pause and humbleness. Thanks for sharing. Peace.

Nothing was stolen from you if it weren't yours to have. You can and will find ways to have a meaningful life. Imagine this: I wanted to become an F-16 pilot as well. Turned out, I wasn't up for that job. I did military service (drafted) with the arnor infantry and had the time of my life. I was going to apply to the Army Academy, but due to budget cuts after 1991 career chances would be rather slim. So I went to university, graduated and got a boring job. After a while I had a burnout (or bore out). Then I became a muskrat trapper. Second best job I ever had. Turned out I have to use a medicine, with which I'm not allowed to drive a care anymore (after 20 years driving without a single scratch), and I lost my job due to that. Now I am a cleaner. And you know what? I enjoy myself and am grateful with life as is. That's an art that is not given to you but one you have to master yourself.

I can literally watch this over and over again, and usually do 🙋‍♂️🤓🛩 what makes it more special is the fact it not only has the rafale in it but also the super etendard which is a beast of an aircraft and now sadly retired from the French navy as far as I'm aware ☹ top quality video from the French navy 🤠🛩😎🙋‍♂️ the French know how to fly 💪🤯

Can't wait for this magnificent plane to come to India! The IAF and The French Air Force share the same logo by the way. We will buy atleast 150 of these by the end of this year (signing of contract for an additional 120 later this year in addition to the 36 already bought). I hope the forces also look at the naval variant as replacement for the MiG 29K. Dassault should set up a comprehensive manufacturing facility in India. Soon many countries will purchase the Rafale. American propaganda notwithstanding the French have manufactured some of the best planes ever - the Mirage 2000 and the Rafale. Viva Franca!

Interesting comment. Shall we discuss the Rafale's disappointing sales when coming up against the Hornet, the Gripen, and / or the Eurofighter? Notwithstanding, it is a good aircraft and I hold great respect for the French Naval Pilots who fly it onto the De'Gaulle! Cheers from a retired S-3 Viking Naval Flight Officer.

On est en 2023 et c'est toujours un plaisir de voir cette vidéo surtout pour les Super-Etendard que l'on ne voit malheureusement plus mais heureusement que j'habite à Bordeaux où l'on voit des Rafale décoller mais le S-E donne quand-même une touche de nostalgie. Très bon travail et très belles prises de vue qui se marient bien avec la musique
