For anyone interested, the canonical weight of War Hammer Gideon is 998 kg or about 2200 lbs. It would have to be scaled down at least a thousand times to get a weight near a typical medieval war hammer which was usually 2-3 pounds.

Zoro sword (and any other anime samurai character such as tanjiro demon slayer, akame from akame ga kill etc) is just usual katana, nothing special with it. The differentiating factor is only in certain parts like scabbard, handle and tsuba. Not challenging enough to make it. They are looking for unique weapon.

honestly, I'd really love to see more swords from Bleach, especially since you guys do a lot more forging now, I think it'd be super cool. I'd especially like to see Nozarashi, aka Kenpachi Zaraki's sword, since I think it'd be cool to see you guys have to make a beautiful sword, and then somehow manage to give it a horrible looking edge while still managing to be sharp. That sounds like it would be a serious challenge, one that I think you guys should take.

It would be cool but it isn't practical, that blade would snap, from the tang where the second handle thing is, it just wouldn't be structurally competent, if they was going to make a bleach weapon but one that diverts from the generic sword look then I would go for ether shinji hirakos sakanade or Shūhei Hisagis kazeshini, other than that, I would love to see ichigos final zanpakuto, that would be epic but again, pretty generic
