जी हाँ! अमृत मिटटी बनाते समय पत्तों की लायेरिंग के समय उन्ही पत्तों में मिलकर भी डाल सकते है ! पर ध्यान रहे के पूरे पत्तों के २५% से ज्यादा न हो. अमृत मिटटी बनकर तैयार होने के बाद भी आप किचन वेस्ट दाल सकते है. मिटटी के बीच बीच में पौधोंसे दूर उन्गलिसे थोड़े गड्ढे बनाकर उसमे किचन वेस्ट डाले और ऊपर से मीती ढँक दे.

Living in the city we have less access to desi cowdung and gomutra. Can I use EM1 and panchagavya to prepare Amrut mitti. Will it be as effective as preparing with amrut jal.

No. the soil prepared by other medium is not called Amrut mitti. You may get organic mitti but not Amrut mitti.
