This outfit does not give info about price etc. It seems there is a weird game of espionage you must play to even see the properties. It is nothing like real estate in the US. You have to arrange to meet the agent somewhere away from the property and then you can go to the property. I would be afraid but it is the norm for a chateau in France.

It says on the gate “ Chateau De La Mothe” Yet the video is called “ Chateau Nontron” Which and where is it ? S’il vous plait

Hey, I think this might clear up your questions. The name of the chateau is "Chateau De La Mothe". It's location in in the town of Nontron. In the Dordogne region. watch this video and it will all become clear. I read your question then later saw this video and it answered your questions. It's a French thing.

I don’t ‘deceased’ but from the bedroom views, those little houses are probably new construction on what once was the family farm.
