Hi Corbin, my automation API using GPT 4 turbo assistant analysing attached excel sheet, always outputs a large amount of lines of text of its processes and errors, with only 1 line of the information I want in the end, eating up a bunch of tokens :/. Wondering do you have any thoughts on overcoming this. Perhaps adding extra zap in zapier to output using GPT 3.5?

The problem is I have to manually upload the xls, GPT says that for security reasons it cant open the xls and do the tasks... Is there a way I can have it do the whole process itself?

Hmmm I haven't got the plus button to upload a CSV or excel file, I've just got "attach images". Edit: I had to go into settings to enable the mode that allows CSV files.

Would you know what the size limit is for an upload? I was thinking of uploading something absurd like 400,000 lines of data from an excel file and see what it can analyse. I won’t buy premium unless it could do this given the data sets I work on are at a minimum this large

This could be due to how OpenAI is rolling out the feature. Alternatively, check your settings to see if you can enable it there!

This would be possible in theory using an automation platform like Zapier.

Yes you can do this. Just ask it for a download file. It can even add columns...and manipulate data from multiple sheets. You can import data from one sheet to another using universal identifiers or even attempt to create an identifier based on the data in the sheet.

Currently, ChatGPT plugins and features on the frontend can't be used outside the context of API calls.
