It has no concept of "wrong" as in immoral. Therefore, game theory on hand, it's obvious that cheating and NOT GETTING CAUGHT is always the best strategy for it. So it will always try to cheat just in case it's not caught. That's not a conscious decision, it's still a chatbot, it's simply an algorithm reaching a conclusion regarding the besr strategy to complete a task, not different in kind from a calculator giving a solution of 5318008
