It was a little bit confusing. You didn't show anything after you generated the text. I was under the impression it automatically updates your listing. It gives you the words/phrases to use for you to then go and update your listing yourself. Got it.

Great video, one question I have is about your tactics for differentiating yourself from other listings. These AI tools make it easy to do the listing, and target traffic, but the problem is how do you stay ahead of your own competition? How often, for example, would you update and change listings? I'm also assuming the photos are really key for differentiating... and I'd guess another key to differentiating is actually creating products that are hard to copy - eg unique colours, designs, etc.

This was a well-thought-out and presented video! WELL DONE. I had to test it for myself. Works as well. I've added a little twist to it, though. I've put the final product in Grammarly. That way, I can change the voice (tone) of the description to fit the audience. Also, do a quick spell check and a plagiarism check.

That is so amazing to hear. Firstly taking the step forward to open a shop online is huge, because once you start the journey it is incredible what you will learn. Just remember to never let obstacles bring you down.."The best thing about falling down is getting up", you will face challenges but take your time and aslong as you always try to progress forward you will become successful. This info has been great, thank you. I have used it for a couple of weeks with amazing results. Unfortunately, today it has disappeared from my listings. It shows up for a split second for title generator and description generator, then it goes away. Any help would be greatly appreciated to get it back as I have come to rely on this method

I signed in to writesonic a year ago and used up my 5 free writes. Now it says I have to pay $15 monthly to use it. This was crazy convenient... though my first try with the description generator included MADE UP customer reviews!! (I know they are made up because my shop currently has 0 reviews) I don't think it's ethical for me to include those fictional reviews... so I'll just have to remember to not include that section when running the description generator in general. Also if you could add a chapter to 6:35 for those who want to fast forward past the part where you create an account with OpenAI, that would be very helpful for viewers. Thanks!

@@lidiaanderson2422 When you go to an esty product page have you tried clicking on the extension?..sometimes it needs a kickstart to recognize etsy.....there should be that side bar page that asks to connect to your OpenAi account.

The AI is still not brilliant though. I queried a digital art product and it gave me titles related to a handbag ! Description Generator was better though and provided a description of the product

When I was watching another video on EtsyGPT, it did the same thing for a product that she was looking at ... but in her case at least, she realized that she hadn't selected any keywords yet. Once she did, then it gave her the relevant titles for that product. Just something to double check (?) or for anyone else reading this.

And if you analyze the data yourself, it usually costs money..... So the question is rather how trustworthy is the statistical data at all? And does anyone know where the data came from?

I would say you need a high end VPN that doesnt use browswer connection but uses system level connection. VyprVPN is the best of the best for VPN's. I am not sure about Etsy closing your account, I guess the onlky way to know is to try :)
