Wow! What a catch on your dash cam. At least it looked like a minor incident being low speed. Kind of makes me wonder where on earth the silver car was going? The Mini Cooper was already in the way waiting to make a RIGHT TURN aha. Oh well, we all make mistakes. (by the way nice to meet another Dash Cammer)

It's BLATANTLY OBVIOUS that the motorist was driving without due care & attention. ( maybe messing with his /her phone 😬) NEVERTHELESS! EVERYONE that comes to a junction of any type is supposedly take extra care ( no matter their mode of transport). I do hope the cyclist wasn't hurt to badly. But, the driver should STILL be fined & prosecuted for their plain ignorance & stupidity anyway.

Not being picky, but it was the car that came out of New Road, not the cyclist.
