I do reformer Pilates twice a week in south London! Best fun! Cannot recommend it enough! Try a beginner’s class to learn the basics! I do like mat Pilates too but much prefer reformer with the machines!

You should do Pilates, but stick to weight training too. Once you turn 30 we lose like 10% of muscle mass and then 35 you lose even more especially for us women as you head into your late 30s when your hormones start to change you really want to keep that muscle mass for as long as you can.
