Three things I am grateful for today: 1. On my walk this morning I saw a lady sitting under a tree with her dog and they were taking a selfie. That made me smile 😊 2. Got out in the backyard and did some yard work and although there were times where I was OVER IT, I persisted. Go me 🎉 3. Showered, reclining on the lounge watching footy with husband and my dogs snuggled next to me! - a sneaky 4: it just started raining 😍

3 things (and it’s only 5:30am 🫡) 1. Watched this video to kickstart my day, and put me in a positive mindset 💖 2. Actually got myself up and went to the gym! 3. Woke up next to my partner and puppy, who I love very much and am very grateful for.
