I'll be using a few different products in this tutorial, but you can use whatever you have on hand. The most important thing is to have fun and experiment with different colors and techniques.
Here are some tips for creating this look:
Use a light hand when applying the eyeshadow. You can always add more, but it's hard to take away.
Blend the eyeshadows together well to create a smooth transition.
Use a black eyeliner to create a sharp wing.
Apply mascara to your top and bottom lashes for a dramatic look.
Apply false lashes for extra oomph.
Set your makeup with a setting spray to keep it in place all day long.
