I get the seasonal affective disorder too. It started getting crappy around November when it was getting dark early. I feel like this Winter is kicking our butts physically & mentally. Always love your GRWM talks! 💖 Don't worry about filming for us. Take the time you need.

I have been really feeling the seasonal affective disorder way more this year. We have had brutally cold weeks below zero, but I like your comment on how the days are getting longer, it gives me hope! Gorgeous makeup look, I need to get over to Dollar Tree and check some of the products out!!🌟☀️🧡🫶

Regarding the Rachel Ray story at 13:50 min in the video, I heard that most large grocery stores at the end of the day will throw all of their unsold, cooked deli food into the garbage cans because they fear that if employees took the food home and claimed food poisoning, then they could sue the store. Personally, it seems like a stingy practice.

Omg Sarah, I completely understand your current mood. I’ve just been lagging so much; SO MUCH. Laundry piled up, my four year old is sick AGAIN, have had zero opportunity to exercise (I LOVE to walk outside), I feel like my house has been a mess since Christmas no matter how much I clean, the list goes on. I’ll be 38 this year and I feel like the older I get, the more I dread winter… really from after Halloween through January. I agree that this winter has just been brutal. It’s comforting knowing I’m not alone in this. Hang in there! Hug ❤.

I definitely concur that the older you get the more winter feels like such a drag. Plus, the US is going through it as country a bit these past few weeks. Thank goodness for the little things like coffee, frags, good YT, and music.

The winter has been so bad. I hate how depressing it’s been. I watched a great movie called Strange Darling. Definitely recommend it. It doesn’t seem like it’s going to be good at first but it gets crazy good. I need to watch Oddity!❤️😘

I struggled with SAD when I lived in Seattle as it is so far north and of course all the rain and being so dark and overcast. I do not have that problem in NY. It is cold but not dark like it in the PNW. I also use a daylight balanced box light I find this helps. It is the lack of light that causes SAD not the cold. Oh no, sorry you forgot to take the doggies out. Ah that K-beauty foundation does sound good. That eye palette is gorgeous I would not have thought this would blend so well but it does. You have treat crazy purple color! 🤣. I HATE FB. I don't know about the censorship part but the algorithm on YT is pretty challenging. TT is fun but on the other hand odd in that I have all these male followers. I have no idea why they are, a few reach out occasionally but mostly they just follow. They don't engage or like. Very odd I only experience this on TT. Oh yeah have NO idea what they teaching. I feel like there is so little critical thinking going. Its nuts it really is. But there is no news anymore even in legacy media it is all op-eds. On a brighter note that lipstick is very nice. The end result is gorge! Love it and just subbed. Keep up the chatty videos. 👍🥰☺
