Listening to you talk is ridiculously nice. I just ordered myself a mini after a year in a pocket size tn that just feels too big. I write really tiny and love tiny stationary so I'm hoping this will be my happy place 😊 never done planning in rings before so your videos are really helpful

You definitely need to exchange that planner. Filofax is really good to work with. I just had a problem with one I ordered. I sent them an email. They emailed me a shipping label for the return. And they sent me a new planner straight away. Great customer service 🙂

Wow, it’s really working! I haven’t used my mini very much as any kind of a proper planner because I felt it was just too small - this video changed my mind! 🤩 Can’t wait to see more mini in your shop! I’m looking for those dividers, divider labels and those fold outs. 🎉🎉 Do you use a thicker vellum for your vellum dividers? Also, recovering perfectionist here, too - thank heaven for erasable pens! LOL 😆
