Unfortunately our communities are quite toxic in that way. They either put their 2 pences in where it’s not wanted (giving unsolicited advice, commenting on things that don’t concern them, or always comparing one to another). It’s either that, or they will remark on something related to you, but fail to follow it with Allahumma Barik or Masha Allah. Both things really get my goat. Don’t let these sort of people get to you sis. Each and every child is different and hits milestones at a different pace to one another ❤

Its so sad honestly and I was thinking our generation was changing those habits but sadly i dont think so anymore. Alhumdulillah I do believe I'm at a better place now where it dont affect me

I loved this sit down chatty vlog! Definitely here for more videos like this one! I’m super weird and awkward as well, lol I’m so shy and because of that ppl think I’m mean until they get to know me, it takes a while tho since I’m so shy, lol🤷🏻‍♀️

I definitely want to do more but maybe focus on subjects. I know sometimes I think people are going to think Im stuck up if they meet me in person but Im just such shy anxious person

Awww sis I know how you feel when it comes to Rayhan! My son is the same age and is just like Rayhan. Im not worried either as I know boys are a bit more slower when it comes to speech. We will be sending our little one to nursery for a few hours a day in September!

Yes same I’m not worried too. Alhumdulillah. I feel like when they start nursery they will improve with their talking.

Sis forget the negative comments, comparison, there's always someone. Albert Einstein spoke at 5yo it was delayed and his smart, intelligent beyond anyone. My sons 5 and my sis use to compare her daughter, but she started nursery at 3m old and she's a girl their suppose to be advanced boys are generally slower, who cares. Kids are a gift from Allah, and we shouldn't look at these things, we should be grateful their not disabled, all limbs are working and hearing, sight, ear are working Alhamdurillah ❤

@@Calltunnot all children come out disabled bc Allah willed it. Some do as punishment possibly, some for test, some probably bc the ivf went wrong who knows and some bc some people abus*e pregnancy and don't tell me they don't bc some have addictions u can imagine, also not to mention marrying cousins leads to all sorts of disabilities which science acknowledge now. My point was one should be grateful and count their blessing bc the child isnt worse off than other children who are in that situation and different. Read it how u will...

Yes definitely best thing to do is ignore them comments. All kids are a blessing and never bought into this world as a of punishment, this is a cultural thing and very toxic. Yes they are our tests whether they are disabled or not they are our blessings and also our tests. All kids are our test but everything in life is a test for us. Everything happens by the will of Allah. We should all be grateful no matter what and always thank Allah

Your doing a great job,My kids are young adults now and life is alot easier now.Its easy to lose yourself whilst bringing up young kids but it does get easier as the years go by.You will be finding yourself all over again and it will be worth the wait,May Allah swt make it easy for you❤
