I just really love how you describe being a stay at home mom as having so much more freedom. Like, that is so the opposite of the idea one gets these days. Being a mom makes you so tied down, you can't do anything fun, no me-time, etc. So thanks for saying it like it is. I love being a mom!

I'd love to get your thoughts and ideas on sewing styles and how you or if you are setting up a garden. I love the way you decorate so I suspect setting up a garden flowers or vegies would lovely to see. The lowering expectations is so spot on. Sometimes we think we can do it all then get disappointed, but its the journey we should be enjoying!

I had a homebirth with my 5th baby … I was scared of the pain as I had only had one without an epidural. It was an amazing experience aside from going over 41 weeks .😵‍💫Still amazed at it . 😍 my other births were good too , I just love birth .

Just a suggestion: cook a special meal. After summer goes down for bed. Make that time for y’all to set down and eat together and talk. Or y’all can even watch a movie on the couch. You don’t always have to go out.

I feel you on homeschooling! I have an almost 4 year old and we’re not sure what we’re going to do exactly. I’m not the brightest either and my largest concern is my children getting a good education. I’ve heard you learn things over again though, so maybe it’d be perfect for me! 🤪 The biggest thing I’m thinking about right now is how I don’t know how I could drop him off 5 days a week for 6+ hours a day for the next 13 years. 😭 I want to be with him! Those little years until they’re 5 or 6 are so fleeting and to think about those few years being the only time where they’re with you all the time, it makes me really sad! Lots to think & pray about for sure!

I really wonder what the books were you didn’t like?? I read a couple like that recently that I hated ....and another one I was listening to on Audible started out really good but then blah stupid twists and turns and ending.
