Thankyou mam❤ My mom has celiac's problem(gluten/wheat allergy) and found it so hard for her eating bajra and jaun ki roti because they aren't soft and i feel so bad for my mum that she can't eat the things made of wheat flour which i can. She has recently found out about this disease after being 45 years old. So its really hard for her eating rice everyday as she's not used to it n for me also seeing her in such condition n having lost her real appetite since she found out. I hope this rice flour roti would be useful for her n something she can eat easily.

Your recipe looks good but one thing is not right that you are mixing the dough with rings in your fingers.Its not veryhygenic,because your ring has germs imbedded around it.It will be ice to pay attention to cleanliness as well as health.lm a lab technician and telling you because we do these tests !and advise people to never cook with rings on especially if they are making doughs etc. thanks for the recipe.
