Hey, congrats on Hermit Cat, or what some and myself personally call "The Lorax" The Lorax is a midrange Special unit that is personally my favorite shockwave unit in the game. His main niche is for him to attack tanky low range enemies (like Bore when frozen/slowed, Duches, Daschund, especially metal enemies) to snipe backliner enemies (like emperor Nyandum). A good example with this is Floor 28: metals with Loincloth cats. After the boss wave, you want to have the metal barrage to be unable to move up (or just use Poseidon lol) and stack The Lorax/ Crazed Gross Cat to have their shockwaves snipe the Loincloths until their no more. As I've said, Hermit Cat is a great unit if used correctly, otherwise he dies and he bad unit.

I used shishilan and Archer this time around. Worked pretty nicely actually with Archer sniping peons with his long distance attack and Shishilan doing damage, with li'l valk as backup in case anything goes wrong. Also having some manics and advent cats also makes this stage significantly easier (manic lion/maglev/glass cat)

Congratulations chawesy, you did it, half way through the video I had a wall of text for advice but I'm glad you didn't need it. Even tho for the next time you play it try to have maglev( from realm of carnage), glass cat, and octopus cat for the lineup, remember, you only need about 3 units for the hermit cat, the rest are for the peons (the mayor problem)

You'll capable of floors 30 above 30, shishilan will still help, and a lot of non specific trait units. Shishilan will help you advance a lot in SoL, in this mid section that you are, then he becomes hard to use as you meet long Distance enemies, but overall You'll use him throughout the whole thing 😁👍

If you do this stage again when the tower comes back, keep crazed Mohawk but add crazed/manic lion cat. If its high enough level it can take 2 hits from lorax (maybe 3 at hypermax?). It makes this stage so much more manageable. Also max that lil valkyrie!

Ive finally beat it myself. I used the punch punch combo + sportswomen and Maniac mohawk (lvl 31), maglev (40), lil lion cat ( in true form, 40+9), lil valkyrie (38) and shishilan pasalan (38). No items👌🏻 PS : The way Chawesy deployed his cats is really bad, time your maniac mohawk, it is not that hard, when the boss is far away from the base insted of maniac mohawk use lil lion and learn how to time that. Also Mitama is not recommended

you aren't going to beat floor 40 without tecolugas true form (lufalan pasalan) and manic king dragon, even then the stage is pretty hard on timings. if you ever get shadow gao you could beat it that way and if you ever get dark mitama (like me) she can assist in holding yulala back from lufalan.

Really good video other than that Shishilan os pretty unluckly if you compare him with other lugas He has 99 knockback And to activate strenghten he only needs 99% of his hp gone (also strengten triples his damage)and also his recharge time is shorter than other lugas too as well with his health One of the best generalist in the game Also get 30 level crazed cats as soon as possible heck i even used level 40 manic island in this level
