Please excuse me for this long write. This is a remarkable channel. I subscribed and I love how you broke this video down into chapters. From the cameraman with his angles, you asking all the right questions, and of course the visionary for inspiring, and opening up her vision with us while being transparent. This was very informative. I am going to forward this to my family members because you should have more than 119 comments and, (119 is my birthday 😊) so I needed to add my 2 cents in. LOL. I am beyond words for what she has achieved thus far. A gorgeous well thought out vision! I love the concept as well as the energy that will balance out Serenity House Ghana. Let me applaud you for leaving a job with a child. Moving to a country alone with a vision is the first step in taking the leap of faith. My oh my, did you succeed as a single parent. That is a testimony right there! So proud of you for being courageous and going after your dream. The Lord will provide the fruits of your labor. Watching this, I felt like I was there! I was in so much awe and I love how happy you were about how well everything is going. Beaming with joy! I was so overjoyed for you as well. I could feel the love as you walked with your head up and mentioned every room’s name and what it meant without a script! Your light was shining so brightly. What a beautiful spirit you have. Letting us women know that we can achieve all things. My favorite part of this space is the CPR room. At the end of the day, if you aren’t well with yourself - mind, body, and soul, you will weaken your ability to even want to see results in your life. This Serenity house is that! Secondly, blessing the space is so necessary! We must always be aware of those that aren’t for our vision or are so envious and want to speak negativity over our dreams. There is so much I can go on with about this space but in a nutshell, thank you for sharing and exuding positivity and speaking business that we all need to hear and see. We can work together as professionals and still be able to live a good life. We can heal in one space. It can be done. There is room for all of us to share in the wealth of the world with our dreams. All you need to do is work and do not give up. But first, just jump! God will catch you and send the right people your way. God bless you and this space. May Serenity House Ghana prosper exceedingly and beyond its wildest dreams! 😊

As an African Female Diaspora. I am impressed by all what you and people like you(,willing to return HOME) have been doing and are still doing....I have always wanted to visit Africa and I see Serenity house as a good opportunity for me ... Much❤❤❤❤❤. Lest i forget, PLEASE don't forget to include that Serenity house is meant for women BORN AS WOMEN ONLY (I guess the reader knows what I mean). Lastly, so glad to see that, 99%of the comments below, ARE POSITIVE ones because, true maybe not all blacks in America are from Africa, true also that, Africa is not truely united BUT those who KNOW and FEEL that Africa is HOME, and want to return (including my humble self), must NOT be discouraged/disuaded from doing just that.

The rooms are not individually built for hotel. Many diasporans are returning and her target market is excellent. Soon hotels and Airbnb will saturate Accra and so her idea is brilliant. Many families returning will use the place as soft landing before buying land or homes. She has lots of spaces for rental events like parties, wedding and fashion shows. This is simply great.

I've always been saying this, and I'll keep on saying it; that, "If only majority of our Black American siblings know the amount of money they can make in Africa, they would have left the so called racist Western countries by now". But sadly, most of them have bought into the Western ideology that Africa is poor and is for the poor so they never bother to come visit to the extent of investing. Interestingly, those Whites who sell them those ideas are making it big here. We thank God, people like Jay are trying to open their eyes and minds gradually to see what is in for them. This sister will surely make it trust me.

@thesecondgroup2 жыл бұрын
@@paulkelly873 We're gradually seeing it though and we like that they're taking it upon themselves to pay a visit, know at least how the place is and then invest if they deem it fit. One thing we ought to understand it that Africa will forever be home for the Blackman irrespective of which ever continent that said Black person hails from. The earlier the diaspora recognise this and come help develop it, the better it is for everyone cos no White man has African development at heart. They (Whites) just come to steal natural resources and that's all
