• Is there anything they'd like to discuss • Then talk about what you'd like to discuss while incorporating their agenda and have open ended questions • Talk about how long the meeting is going to last ( are we still on track for an hour ) at the beginning of the meeting • Be the authority, talk about how you'd want the meeting to end (at the end of this conversation you should talk about the understanding and a future)

Love that last series, to ask permission to set a date to follow-up or the day of, establish from the start time at the end to wrap things up.

Lots of value in this video. Especially this is applicable to zoom meetings and its easy for the client to ghost the sales rep after collecting information and the quote. Its important for the sales rep to maintain the authority throughout.

Excellent, I gained a lot from it.But it would be really helpful if you could provide on How to initiate a phone conversation with someone who is interested in something, what we all need to do is gain their trust and get their appointment to meet?

Thanks! I’m taking on some new clients at an accounting firm. Most people don’t like to make phone calls anymore and try to email or even text. I am doing more consulting work than I’m used to but I’m excited to get to know my clients and their family businesses. I appreciate the information you gave with this video. I’ll be sure to apply it!
