I think also mmr gains are heavily playtime dependant. I have a 90% win rate on paradox over 40 matches I still rarely have people parry mean. I just faced the first player who didn't walk out on the open when charging kinetic carbine

idk i wouldnt say that playtime dependent, like prolly need over 50 matches total to start getting accurate but i have like 85hrs played now and im 2kmmr which is like top 0.01% playing against some v good players in these games recently

Playing on front page games is also a good way to know ur competing at a high level as the game has very good players in it as the devs already have said that there’s sbmm and the front page shows the highest level games generally

I think the MMR in this game is terrible (which is fine it's alpha) but I'll play against crazy good people 3 games in a row then play against what seems like players that have no fingers the next 3, and I'm not getting stomped by the good players so there isn't a reason my MMR should tank after playing them.
