It delays your powerspike, takes up a slot, and has way too long of a cooldown for what it does. Fleet foot (for example) costs the same, has a shorter cooldown, gives more damage consistently, and allows movement techs like heavy melee cancel whereas cold front does nothing. It's definitely still usable but I would personally be hesitant to buy it, especially because I tend to run shield builds for early game and cold front gives resistance

In its simplest form you wall jump. The reason it looks so sick when he does it is because he generates a tonne of momentum by latching onto the zipline, cancelling it and air dashing towards the building, so when he wall jumps it sends him flying.
