My father working in a pizza shop in the late 80s with italians (hes hispanic) he really enjoyed his time there and had good times with some of the guys there and he always told me that the italians are the most democratic/respectful people you'll ever meet. That's cool, but that was HIS experience and that last part doesn't really mean anything---we already know racism exists in every race, so what's your point? Michael, I'm with you on the Fear vs Love debate. I can't remember the specific historical attribution, but it goes, like this: Two Roman generals were discussing military command. The first Roman General said, "If your soldier's fear you, they will fight for you." The second Roman General said, "If your soldiers love you...they will die for you!"

Damn this was so inspiring to watch... I love the words that Chazz said, " anyone can pull the trigger but a real man wakes up every morning to take care of his family".... no matter how he feels or if he likes his job or not.... I'm 38 years old and I have my own business and every morning I wake up that's exactly how I feel when I go to work...❤️.... I just happened to love my job by the way...😉👌

I met Chazz several years ago in Florida. What a nice person. I met him at his moms home in Deerfield Beach. His mom gave me a picture of Chazz, his Dad and Robert De Niro on the set of the Bronx Tale. His mother and sister were so nice to me and Chazz was really down to earth. It was like talking to a close friend. This interview was great to watch and hear. Mr. Franzese thanks for doing this.
