As a sales manager. Interesting we have a thing called role playing As a manager mentor trainer rehearsing the part of the client vs the sales team. Then painting that picture to your target audience to entice and win your audience over Voice tonality skills Voice inflection to be animated to mirror the client and prospect to speak their tone. Example. New York audience different from. California audience or Florida audience. Trust me. To be an outstanding player in your field. You must know the role and play the part of your target audience. Very very very true.
