I had a VR headset once that had a controller with that exact shell. It was the kind you put your phone in so the games are actually running on your phone. The controller didn’t have any motion control though, so I’m thinking the insides were probably different. Still “DBAC” layout.

It might be a plug and play gun system but still has the same kind of games that were on the ripoff Wii from China. Some of the games might be different but still like 16 bit games with better graphics.
