You could get several and air layer the top to double the trees and make a forest or several groups. I almost forgot to mention very nice find at the nursery. There’s a few near me I’ve been wanting to go visit. Thanks for the inspiration.

It's really hard to choose , whe everything is great haha but i go for what has the best movement on the trunk and best root base😁😁.

Nice. That looks great. Well done. I love crepe myrtles. I had a friend here in New Orleans back in the day that called them crepe murders because they could take such severe cut-jobs and survive. I’m predicting you’ll have a wonderful bonsai there. Peace
