Cheap cake with coconut and semolina / I would make it every day

A simple, creamy cake with coconut and semolina that I really liked. The biscuit is very soft and the filling is delicious. The cake is not very expensive and is made quickly and easily. The size of the tray in which I baked the cake is 33x22 cm
COCONUT FILLING INGREDIENTS
1 liter of milk
7 tablespoons grits
4-7 tablespoons of sugar (depending on taste)
2 bags of vanilla sugar
200 g of coconut
BISCUIT INGREDIENTS
2 egg whites
pinch of salt
7 tablespoons sugar
2 egg yolks
100 ml of oil
200 ml of milk
200 g of flour
1 bag of baking powder
2 tablespoons cocoa
