Cams are always on sale anymore. My Tactacams seem to scare deer the most. And they take 12 batteries so I’m done after mine go out. Great customer service though. I really like my stealth cams/muddy. Customer service sucks. But they do what they are supposed to do and I always find them on sale for 30-50$ after season. Also, 8 batteries is a huge win. I also don’t have near the amount of bad reactions as with reveals.

I get that! I’ve had that setup last 8+ months before taking pictures everyday when my expensive Spartan camera didn’t last 2 months with almost the same amount of batteries

I’m honestly not sure how to tell the difference between the two unfortunately. It would of made it a lot easier on me as well at the time. I just tried them all and found the ones that worked. Anyone one you buy or I doubt works. I recommend the Wosoda cameras on Amazon now. You could always try to download the new firmware for the cell link from the spypoint site.. put it on the memory card and see if it works.

@Warner Hunt Ohio ok, I have like 5 of the Tasco cameras. They are at least 2 years old. I have 3 other cell cams. I saw your video and thought maybe I would try them. I'm going to try to update the firmware and reformat the SD cards

Yea some areas just flat out don’t have service. Verizon does not work at all in most of my places. I will say my phone that is AT&T cannot send pictures itself from a lot of my locations but this cell link will. What cell phone provider do you have?
