Awesome! Love the shoe organizer idea, that’s pretty cool! I started growing about a year ago, ran into your channel after getting an AeroGarden, and that lead to container gardening in soil but also with the hydro buckets. Actually looking to do more “traditional” gardening this year, because i should be able to, but definitely plan to keep doing hydroponics. Thanks for all your suggestions in 2023, and Happy New Year!

I have those lights- they work well on the greens. 🥬 reuse those pasta sauce jars! Any glass jar you get at the store.

In the ramen trays with the paper towel wick. A little seed starting mix.

I am using Barrina lights right now and am happy with them. I did start with plain LED shop lights, work good especially for microgreens.

GDay from Aus, GDay Mike, are the clay balls sitting in water when planting,if so how deep. Do you need to top the water up during germination and how old would the seedlings be when moving them to Kratky as shown in the video Thanks Paul

It's open air, you will have to watch and experiment where you are. Evaporation and absorption would be different, even for different containers.

Mike as I don’t think clay balls wick water very well do you start the seeds with the balls sitting in water. How long do the seeds take to get root long enough to transplant to Kratky
