09 and newer? They have these for the 08 too. I have an 07 CVO Electra with the Harley 08 cush drive upgrade kit. And I have the Alloy Art dampeners in it.

Could it be possible that a bad cush drive isolator could cause a final drive belt to break?

It’s still has some cushioning. It just stays tight for much longer than the factory one.
