Beautifully done video! Great job. I always wondered why the portals and such at the treasure are resistant to being cleared on these types of grinders. Seems like the game should do a housecleaning step periodically to clear things like that. Maybe you could talk a bit on the subject to explain why it works the way it does (what makes those blocks stick around when they're supposed to be cleared)? Thanks for the wonderful video! If you are talking about grinders or stuff like that being deleted i assume it is just because the game does a check for objects being in a stage for more than 20 minutes-the time it takes for a stage to reload.

Thank you it turned out much better than I could’ve hoped! From my understanding for blocks to be cleared in the end they have to be unanchored and unbound to any anchored block. So when you drive one of your cars to the end it’s unanchored and independent as it’s not attached to anything that is anchored. When blocks in an afk grinder are put in the end they are pushed in using pistons and are connected to an anchored block or the plot while the physical end bit is unanchored. That’s the best way I can explain my theory on it but a simple showcase would be to make a platform with a jet on top and a few pistons underneath and whatever build or thing you want. Then fly to the end, anchor the platform and extend the pistons. It should go into the end and not be cleared then. Thank you for the comment and have a great week!

@@TheGoldenPhoenixin the video the spawn catcher takes you straight to the chest which means you only get through 5 or 6 of the stages so you miss out on 3 or 4 stages worth of gold by the time it kills you. just changing it would save time because you want to minimise any time spent not directly collecting gold

If you look at 0:40 then you can see that you don’t get to the lighthouse stage. ALSO I use an underground grinder and one of the stages generates inside of it (not sure exactly which stage)

@@maxamillion9248 the stage is that one with the big rocks under the water and it could be better if we got those stages but we’re trying to get a maximization between gold and gold blocks. We’ve gotten it to 650gpm now and are hopefully going to find a way to fix it not collecting some stages :)

Ah, for that I placed a purple jet on my plot, pretty high in the air but still so it would be within the black walls, with a pilot seat on the back and a regular seat on the nose. Then I set speed to 5, unanchored, started the jet before it fell too much, anchored, switched seats, set speed to 200, 0 transparency for everything, then I started recording and launched. It broke a bit in though so that’s why it didn’t make it too far but I really liked it too :)

are you sure the lightning stage wont affect this? every grinder i try always breaks at the lightning stage

Yup it’ll be fine against it. We had trouble with it and the music stage so we just skipped all yellow stages. It didn’t affect the gpm though since it is still 650

@@Bob-tin-man maybe I’ve never tested it before but too risky imo and it’d be more difficult for the tutorial to have it have to be in a very specific spot. It also sadly doesn’t increase gold per run to have the extra stages for some reason :/
