my experience after living and working in bangkok +15 years is that the 2-3 star hotels/guesthouses NOT owned by the big hotel chains often are really hidden gems all over Thailand. Often they dont offer breakfast hotel-kitchen gym, pool and that take down the place rating..but are super clean personal and cheap beyond imagination.

Nice video! It can be a hazzle finding a good-value-for-money hotel in Bangkok, mostly because there are too many! Hope Land is one of my go-tos hotels, mainly because of the low price and the surroundings with dining options and sky trains. I think your reviews were cute and honest, and good luck to you and your channel!

We got everything through Agoda. I just checked Hopeland and the price has gone up. Maybe we booked in the middle of the off season and prices have since started moving

Stayed at hopeland hotel before, room are quite big, clean and quiet, as it's inside small lane. Very near to some drinking club, 7-11 and sky train

Thanks for sharing! I think you should check your audio settings carefully. When the "music" was on I had to be ready to turn the sound down to 20% to not wake up my wife and, when you talk, even at 100% it was hard to hear what you where saying. Should have been 120 -150% to be able to hear you properly.

Thanks we will try and look at that in the future 👍🏼
