Okay this is probably one of the first cooking KZbin videos I've seen where the inside of the oven is not perfectly cleaned and I really like that, okay🤣 I say that because I NEVER clean the inside of the oven! There's always burnt stuff on the window and the bottom lol. (Until it's time to move because we move every few years- then I use baking soda to make it spotless!)

Laura, thanks so much for your avocado storage in the fridge idea; used to set them on the counter, and of course they would get overripe and just awful too quickly, keeping them in the fridge helps the shelf life...they actually last the whole week now! Awesome tip!!!!!!

Its called influencer world cheap meals. Its all click bait and deceiving. Everything is much more expensive in Europe. So its a fantasy cheap meal in her mind only. Butter, maple syrup etc are very expensive.

They all look great. I am definitely going to try the maple glazed chicken. We are having to change out our menus for less beef and pork, so I'm having to be more creative with chicken and add more fish

The thing that's disgust me the most when I see american people cook is that they don't wash the chiken and put it like this in the oven, why? In my culture we wash it with salt, vinegar and lemon because it is very dirty and full of microbes and germs..
@Streuli120 Жыл бұрын
They don't wash any vegetables either.

And you think the lemon, salt and vinegar kills zillions of microbes and germs that you are so afraid of? It sounds like you are seasoning them 😂 I do wash chicken before cooking, BUT I am not afraid of germs and microbes just the thing I do.
@herhomemakingheart Жыл бұрын
I think there are mixed opinions on this. I've seen some people do it but there are other opinions about how washing it spreads bacteria. The one thing we can all agree to is that kindness is more important than preferences on preparing chicken!
