I bought a C12 3 weeks ago, i just needed a cheap burner, only paid €99 new, see how it works over next few weeks 📱

Hi Marklvey2! Definitely a good phone to use just as a burner. It's great that you found an affordable option that fits your needs. I hope it performs well for you. If you have any questions or need any further assistance, feel free to ask 👍

@@typicaltechlad i keep U in mind, I'm using my C12 as pure burner, curious how the vitural Ram flows 📱🙃

@@MarkIvey2 from what I found the virtual RAM does make a difference, holds more in memory so makes a nice difference

This is a truly awful phone. I've had it over a month and it does its own thing, like changes the screen-on time. One morning it decided to completely shut down! I had to phone their support. Worst of all is that I bought a Garmin smart watch that won't run on a Nokia C12 as the phone uses a budget Android system 'Go'. Not many apps work on Go (I now find out). Nokia tell me I can't return it as it's more than 30 days. Will never buy a Nokia phone again.

Hi @jimskirtt5717, I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the Nokia C12. It's frustrating when a phone doesn't meet your expectations and causes inconveniences. The budget Android system 'Go' does have limitations when it comes to app compatibility, which can be disappointing. It’s a shame that these problems popped up after the 30 day window. I guess budget really does mean budget and would have expected better from Nokia!

@@typicaltechlad Thank you for replying. I didn't realise that the Go version of Android was stripped down, so it won't accept some apps. I definitely wouldn't have bought it. I have looked at changing the system to normal Android, but it appears complicated, and I'm not all tech savvy.

No worries, yeah it’s a shame the Go version is limited, I should have mentioned that in my review in hindsight. Seems like that would indeed be a very complex process!

I have just bought it today. Yes, I agree with you, it is an awful phone, difficult to get it set up, and it isn't user friendly. Took me a long time to just figure out how to use the camera. I have never used such a terrible phone before.

You don't mention how much it cost in the UK? Here in the Philippines it's on sale for the equivalent of 42 GBP. One slight difference is, here, it's offered as a 3Gb RAm plus the 2Gb virtual, therefore marketed as a 5GB phone!!!
@typicaltechlad Жыл бұрын
Hi Brendan, apologies, I should have mentioned the price. The UK price is £99. Well that’s a nice addition for you, the UK edition is 2GB + 2GB virtual

@@typicaltechlad in Indonesia, it's 3gb+2gb as well, unfortunately Nokia Mobile here only sells C series and T series, no X series or G series successor for G10/G20

The thing i like the phone is that it is easier to replace the battery, not many are like that, but that's going to change in 2027 in bringing back easy to replace phone battery. Thanks for showing budget phones.

Depends on ‘needs’, there are definitely better options out there, more value for your money such as the Moto e13 that I have also reviewed, which can be picked up for £79.99.
