I definitely notice a difference between brands of paint (base paints, I mix my own colours and thin them) but sometimes the cheaper brands are better! I love it when I find a cheaper brand that works! I love that beautiful teal colour. Very nice result! ❤

Great point DFA! The teal was illusive, it wanted to sink down, so I drizzled it back in at the end.
