Which media should be used for blasting? Medium or fine... Thanks for taking the time to show us newbies tips and ideas..

The issue I have with media blasting is that it isn't cheap! It's $30-45 per 25kg bag. That only does 1 wheel if you're lucky. Does a cabnet help re use the media? Or am I just getting ripped of on the media?

I call it coal slag but its a mix of that and aluminum oxide, or black beauty from farm stores
