Steve! Still the most knowledgeable music person I've known in my entire life! Well done!

It all started because I would love to go out and dig through bins of records whenever I was bored, and I got bored a lot. So now I'm full of trivia lol

@@BoomKazoo2112 I almost did show The Knack but I figured everyone has heard them. Ever heard SKY? (Doug Fieger's prior band from 71)

I have a lot of those. That Bottles track is a good one, slapped it on a couple mixes back in the day, but yeah, those guys sank like a stone. Never heard mention of that one until here. Powerpop is a genre I was introduced to from my first record store boss Gary Sperrazza. He wrote and edited a lot of stuff for Bomp including about 90% of the "Powerpop" issue.

Love the Rollers! Check out Voxx and Ricochet (subsequent albums), methinks you gave me that Records 7" bonus album. You look like Rick Nielsen in the vid! 🙌

@@stereo999 I went to this My Aim Is True anniversary show at GAMH with basically Clover as the band and EC mentioned the drummer was from Code Blue, a band from Malibu or something. I felt like the only one who knew what he meant hahaha That one song rocks for sure too /m/

@@Rawblah Code Blue definitely had their "bouncy new wave" thing down and had some good guitar riffs. Judging by the flyer inside my promo ep, Warner Bros had high hopes for them to be huge but alas, didn't happen
