You need to balance the low tuition in cities like Paris against the high cost of living. That means paying a reasonable tuition in a city like Rennes or Bordeaux may be cheaper in the long run as accommodation, transportation, utilities and food may be significantly cheaper in these cities than in Paris.

There are over 1,600 English taught programs in France 🇫🇷. The French government subsidised education that's why it is relatively cheap. Private schools in France are like the Oxford and Cambridge of U.K (though they are far cheaper than Oxford & Cambridge). You can enroll in a private university from 9,000 Euros (most from 14,000 Euros) and these ones are the top schools but you can find public schools from 3000 Euros depending on your cost.

As the money is coming in, it is going back into house rent. I paid dowry on my girl’s head in 2019 and I expected her to be supportive. But she came and sent me another four years backward.
