Basicaly they named it "Cheap Thrills" because of the meaning. Cuz songs have to be named by their meaning not by a word that was written in a random lyric of the song.

^You know i USED to think that before i started writing songs, but song's aren't named after a random lyric, it's the phrase or word that is the main focus of the song/ E.g Bad Blood is the main focus of the song, hence why the title is named after it. Also Cheap Thrills also appears in the song, making your point redundant.
