Wow, please make more videos like this one about pros and cons of different places to stay, Brando. Is it true that finding a private place to stay on Pagoda app is more affordable than AirBNB app?

I'm glad you found the video helpful - I've got a few more on the way. The Surf Hostel in Vung Tau ($6usd/night for the dorm) and a hotel survival guide in Phenom Penh). I prefer using Agoda or the other booking sites to Airbnb. There are no hidden fees, strange hosts or shoddy standards to deal with. I've been living in short term rentals for almost 6 years and have only used Airbnb a few times (Mexico and Colombia). Never in Southeast Asia.

At Language Exchange yeah she has two other buildings as well and has some units for rent on a month-to-month basis.

How much are the hotel in District 11 from budgeted or high rated price?

I don't think I've ever been to District 11 aside from just passing through on the way out of the city. I would check Agoda - you should be able to search Ho Chi Minh City District 11.
